Home and Community Care

Nggangganawili Aboriginal Health Service provides a suite of services to older and frail people with disabilities, and younger people with disabilities designed to support them to remain at home and prevent inappropriate or premature admission to institutional care. These services are provided through the Home and Community Care  program funded by the Western Australian Government.

We are currently providing support including day care, domestic assistance, social support, meals and transport for up to 18 people in the community.
