Ngangganawili Aboriginal Health Service Community (NAHS) was established in 1993 as a community controlled Aboriginal corporation and health and medical service providing affordable and culturally appropriate services to the Indigenous and wider population of Wiluna and surrounding areas.
NAHS plays an important role in the community by providing comprehensive primary health care services, promoting of healthy lifestyles, strengthening emotional and social wellbeing, and by providing training and employment opportunities for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in the region. NAHS also provides valuable professional development opportunities for mainstream health and medical staff seeking to gain experience in rural and remote health delivery.
